Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide managerial and administrative support to our New Zealand Operations Team. In this role, you’ll help drive operational excellence - ensuring our trips run safely and smoothly and supporting Tour Leaders and suppliers with delivering exceptional travel experiences across NZ!
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day trip operations, responding to operational challenges, and ensuring clear communication with our Tour leaders and suppliers. You’ll also respond promptly to all operational queries from our Tour Leaders, build strong relationships with our operational partners, and assist with resolving any issues that come up on ground.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:

Minimum 2 years' experience in Travel operations

Travel experience within New Zealand and a good understanding of on-ground logistics

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and proficient with MS Office tools

Strong customer service and communication skills

Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage
