If so, we are looking for our next Commercial Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of NZ and drive the success of Intrepid Travel’s NZ team to reach its goals.

In this leadership role, you will act as a business partner to senior stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision making and drive sustainable growth. You will be essential in optimising commercial performance, responsible for establishing and implementing process, and hands on when it comes to overseeing financial management.

This is a full time, permanent role which will be based out of our Auckland, New Zealand office on a hybrid basis.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

CA or CPA qualified with 3-5 years post qualified experience (or equivalent)

Experience and hands on knowledge of complex accounting packages such as D365

Practical finance and accounting experience in both New Zealand and for a foreign invested business

Strong communication skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders, both written and oral

Strong leadership experience, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
