The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager who will lead the charge with our group series agents. You’ll build itineraries, quote group series tours, and ensure that the level of service provided is of the highest standard. The Account Manager will be the first escalation point for any tour issues and manages the client relationship from end to end. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position based out of New Zealand office in Auckland with the flexibility to work some days from home.  

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
•    2+ years in a tourism business  
•    1+ years client facing experience in account management or sales 
•    German native speaker 
•    Completed tourism education to vocational level is desirable 
•    3+ years of experience working in the travel industry is desirable
