ANZ Sales & Customer Service Consultant
Are you ready to help people plan adventures they’ll talk about for years to come? We’re looking for a new Sales Consultant to join our our Sales team in Auckland.

Our Sales Consultants are at the heart of that - helping travellers and agent partners every step of the way, from the first enquiry to departure day. If you love connecting with people, hitting goals and working in a fast-paced team, this could be your next move. Travel experience is great, but not essential - bring your passion for service and sales, and we’ll give you everything else you need to succeed.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Auckland office on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office). You’ll work a rotating roster across 7 days, with shifts between 8AM and 7PM, including weekends. To help you hit the ground running, you’ll start with a period of guided, office-based training.
The salary for this role is $71,520 NZD + kiwisaver plus 10% for incentives, we’ll share more details and a clear breakdown of sales targets during the official interview process.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- Experience in sales and/or customer service, you know how to connect with people, understand their needs and turn enquiries into bookings.
- Confidence working towards targets and KPIs - you’re motivated by results and enjoy celebrating success.
- Fluent spoken and written English, clear, professional communication comes naturally to you.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - you will be comfortable handling bookings, files and emails accurately.
- Great attention to detail - you know how important it is to get every detail right for the customer’s peace of mind.
- A positive, team-focused attitude, we want someone who enjoys working with others to deliver the best possible experience.
