The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Are you someone who is familiar with bringing unforgettable dining experiences to life and the vibrant hospitality scene Marrakech has to offer? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, warm and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our intimate riad in Morocco, where every meal is an opportunity to connect with guests from all over the world. With a focus on a warm and authentic service, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the culture of the surroundings.  

 

In this dynamic role, you’ll guide guests through the menu, accurately take down and deliver orders, and ensure every table enjoys a seamless, thoughtful service. From sharing recommendations and insights around the food, to catering for dietary needs, you’ll bring strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll also collaborate closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service flowing smoothly, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and attention to detail. 

 

We’re seeking someone with a hospitality qualification, previous waiting experience, and fluency in English, French and Arabic. You’ll be confident multitasking in a fast-paced customer driven environment, handling guest requests with professionalism and care.  

 

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Marrakech, Morocco. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 6 months’ experience working in a hospitality role  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Fluency in French, Arabic, and English 

  • Organised with the ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment  

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly attitude  

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays  

  • A passion for exceptional guest service and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace
