Transfers Agent, Morocco
Behind every great adventure is a team making sure the details run smoothly. We’re looking for a Transfers Agent, Morocco to help keep our trips on track and our travellers happy.
Based onsite in our vibrant Marrakech office, you’ll provide administrative support to the Reservations Manager and Transfers Supervisor, helping ensure the smooth and profitable management of our transfers reservation function. This includes liaising with local operators, managing bookings and cancellations, and working closely with Operations, Product, and Sales teams to support both scheduled trips and private group transfers.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based onsite in Marrakech, perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel in Morocco. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, communicating clearly with different stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Travel experience in Morocco and a passion for travel

Strong organisational and customer service skills, with excellent attention to detail

Experience analysing information and creating reports

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to communicate confidently in English and French

Comfort working with IT systems and operational tools

Flexibility and adaptability when managing multiple tasks at once
