Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
-
Experience within the tourism or hospitality industry, particularly within reservations, sourcing or supplier management
-
Knowledge of trip operations across FIT, tailor-made, MICE and/or small group travel
-
Experience working with DMCs and tourism suppliers
-
Strong ability to build and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating competitive rates and services
-
Experience using travel-related systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (additional European languages are highly regarded)
-
Experience managing high-volume bookings, multiple competing priorities and complex operational requirements with exceptional attention to detail
