The world needs more Intrepid people:

We're looking for a Senior Reservation Agent to join our team in Marrakech, Morocco on a full time, permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional travel experiences, ensuring accommodation, transport, activities and other travel services are secured accurately and efficiently across a diverse portfolio of destinations. This role would suit someone who enjoys managing a high volume of bookings, building strong supplier relationships and confidently balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced travel environment. You'll also provide day-to-day support to Reservation Agents, helping maintain high standards of accuracy and service across the team.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • Experience within the tourism or hospitality industry, particularly within reservations, sourcing or supplier management

  • Knowledge of trip operations across FIT, tailor-made, MICE and/or small group travel

  • Experience working with DMCs and tourism suppliers

  • Strong ability to build and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating competitive rates and services

  • Experience using travel-related systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (additional European languages are highly regarded)

  • Experience managing high-volume bookings, multiple competing priorities and complex operational requirements with exceptional attention to detail
