Intrepid creates life-changing travel experiences – and we need a Reservations Coordinator to help our Morocco team make it happen! 

In this role, you’ll support the Reservations Manager and Supervisor with administrative tasks, handle bookings and cancellations, and liaise with operators.

You'll collaborate with the Operations and Product teams and assist the Sales team with reservations when needed, contributing to the overall success of our operations. 


You’ll ensure inquiries and requests are actioned promptly. You'll coordinate with suppliers for accurate bookings, delivering outstanding service to travellers, partners, and colleagues. You’ll also lend your skills to projects that drive the success of our reservations function. 

 

This is a full-time, permanent position operating onsite at our Marrakech office in Morocco. This role may require flexibility in work hours depending on operational needs. If you’re ready to kick-start your career in the global travel industry, we’d love to hear from you! 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Travel experience in Morocco and a passion for travel 

  • Outstanding organizational and customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail 

  • Experience in data analysis and creating reports 

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • Fluency in English and French.
