The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Reservation Assistant provides administrative support to the Reservation Manager and the Reservation Supervisor for the successful and profitable management of the reservation function at Intrepid DMC Morocco.  

This includes liaising with operators, making bookings & cancellations. This role will also work closely with the other departments to assist in the successful running of trips for our customers. 

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our offices in Marrakesh, Morocco ideal for someone wanting to grow their career and build on their experience while working in an exciting travel environment with a great company culture!     

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Travel experience in Morocco / Europe and a passion for travel 

  • Outstanding organizational and customer service skills with strong attention to detail 

  • Experience in analysis and creating reports 

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • Ability to communicate in English and in French
