We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Marrakech. In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences, providing exceptional service from arrival through to departure, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Riad.

Working closely with colleagues across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage, you'll play an important role in delivering the welcoming and personalised hospitality that guests remember long after their stay.

This is a varied role that combines guest service, reservations, administration and operational support. You'll contribute to maintaining high service standards, supporting seamless operations across departments and helping create an environment where guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • 2+ years' experience in a hotel, riad reception or guest services role
  • Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based booking or administration systems
  • Experience managing guest enquiries, reservations, check-ins and check-outs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional night shifts

We know people bring different experiences and perspectives, so even if you don't tick every box, we still encourage you to apply.

What you need to know about this role

  • This is a full-time permanent position.
  • At Intrepid we have a hybrid working model where operationally appropriate; however, this position is primarily based onsite to support guest and operational requirements.
  • The starting salary is dependent on your location and level of experience.
  • This role is based in Marrakech, Morocco.
  • The role includes a rotating schedule and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and occasional night shifts to support operational continuity.
  • You'll report to the General Manager, Riad
