The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Step into the heart of Marrakech and join our beautifully curated riad as the face of an unforgettable guest experience. We’re looking for a warm, organised and service-driven Receptionist to create meaningful connections with travellers from around the world, in a place where every arrival is personal and every stay tells a story. 

 

In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you’ll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll be the go-to for local insights, sharing recommendations and ensuring each guest experiences the magic of Moroccan hospitality and the best of Marrakesh. We’re seeking someone with prior hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English, French and Arabic.  

 

You’ll be someone who works well in a customer focused environment, can manage multiple tasks with ease, and bring a positive, professional approach to every interaction. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Marrakech, Morocco. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a hotel/riad in a polyvalent receptionist or guest services role handling different operational aspects of a Riad 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft office and other booking systems  

  • Fluency in French, Arabic, and English 

  • Organised with the ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment  

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly attitude  

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays  

  • A passion for exceptional guest service and a strong eye for detail
