The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Morocco and support the smooth delivery of Intrepid’s trips on the ground. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role works closely with the local operations team to help coordinate day-to-day trip logistics and provide administrative support that keeps our adventures running seamlessly. 
 

You’ll assist with the organisation and coordination of trips, support Leaders and suppliers, and help manage the administrative tasks of the Operations department. Working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring trips are delivered safely, responsibly, and in line with Intrepid’s style of travel. 
 

This is a full-time, permanent position, based in our vibrant office in Marrakesh, Morocco. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Tamazight 

  • Solid office administration experience with strong organisational skills 

  • Good computer skills, with the ability to learn and support others with systems and processes 

  • Extensive travel experience and a genuine passion for Morocco and the region 

  • Strong cycling knowledge 

  • Strong knowledge of Intrepid’s style of travel and Responsible Travel philosophy 

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work independently when required 

  • Confidence working with a wide range of Leaders and stakeholders, with sensitivity to cultural and operational demands 

  • A collaborative, reliable, and customer-focused approach to work
