Assisting with tracking supplier feedback and updates
-
Helping maintain accurate records across internal systems
-
Supporting communication with suppliers and internal teams
-
Assisting with day-to-day operational and admin tasks
This is a great opportunity to build real-world experience within a global, purpose-led travel company.
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Is currently studying (or recently graduated) in Tourism, Business, or a related field
-
Can commit to a 3–4 month internship as part of a school agreement
-
Has a basic understanding of the tourism or hospitality industry (a plus)
-
Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
-
Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with data
-
Can communicate in Arabic, French, and English
-
Is organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
-
Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
-
Previous admin, customer service, or operational experience
-
An interest in travel and how trips are built behind the scenes
