We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

Are you looking to build hands-on experience in travel operations? We’re offering a 3–4 month unpaid internship with our Contracting team in Marrakech, designed for students completing their studies as part of a school partnership.

This full-time, office-based role sits within our Contracting team, where you’ll support the setup and management of supplier agreements across our trips. It’s a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to contracting processes, supplier coordination, and the operational side of the travel industry.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team with contract administration and data management

  • Assisting with tracking supplier feedback and updates

  • Helping maintain accurate records across internal systems

  • Supporting communication with suppliers and internal teams

  • Assisting with day-to-day operational and admin tasks

This is a great opportunity to build real-world experience within a global, purpose-led travel company.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying (or recently graduated) in Tourism, Business, or a related field

  • Can commit to a 3–4 month internship as part of a school agreement

  • Has a basic understanding of the tourism or hospitality industry (a plus)

  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with data

  • Can communicate in Arabic, French, and English

  • Is organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

  • Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

  • Previous admin, customer service, or operational experience

  • An interest in travel and how trips are built behind the scenes

Please note:

  • We recognise that AI use in applications is becoming more common. We run all applications through an AI washer, so if you choose to use AI, please do so with care and include something personal – it really makes a difference!

  • We also reserve the right to close this advert earlier than stated if we receive a high volume of applications.
