The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re looking for an Assistant Destination Product Manager to join our DMC team in Marrakech - someone ready to dive into the heart of small group adventures and help create trips that our customers will remember for a lifetime. In this role, you’ll support the Product Manager in every stage of trip creation, from researching destinations and sourcing suppliers, to planning detailed itineraries and pricing trips for maximum profitability. You’ll work closely with local partners, negotiate costs, and ensure our adventures not only meet but exceed the expectations of our travelers. 

 
This is a full-time, on-site role in Marrakech, giving you the chance to live and work in one of the most vibrant travel destinations in the world, while shaping experiences that inspire our customers to see Morocco, and the world differently. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Extensive travel experience in Morocco and a genuine passion for the industry 

  • Proven experience in trip pricing, design, and operation, ideally for small group adventures 

  • Strong commercial focus with experience managing product profitability 

  • Experience working with destination management companies and suppliers, including cost negotiation 

  • Comfortable with travel systems (SalesForce, Travel Studio, Elements) and Microsoft Office, including Excel 

  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English
