The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As General Manager, Mexico for Intrepid, you will be responsible for effectively managing ground operations, implementing long-term strategic plans, and overseeing the day-to-day business. You will provide leadership to enable the company to achieve its goals by developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth, improving profitability, delivering exceptional products for our partners, and building and leading a high-performing team. 

 

As part of an organizational transition, the Central America & Mexico destination management company is being split into two separate entities. During the initial phase, some departments will continue to report to the Central America General Manager, with dotted-line reporting to the General Manager, Mexico. Over time, additional departments will transition to report directly and solely into the General Manager, Mexico role.  

 

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Mexico City or Quintana Roo, Mexico. 

 

The salary range for this role is MXN 80000 to MXN 90000 per month (gross), depending on experience and skills. In addition to competitive pay, we offer great benefits and some amazing perks because we believe in supporting our people both at work and beyond.   

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Degree qualification; tertiary management qualifications preferred 

  • Minimum of middle level management experience; company management experience preferred  

  • High level of financial literacy and proven commercial decision-making ability 

  • Proven understanding of risk and incident management 

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and develop teams 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
