Deputy Operations Manager Mexico
As Deputy Operations Manager for Intrepid Travel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, safe, and profitable travel experiences across the Mexico region.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of operations, including the recruitment, training, and performance management of Tour Leaders. You will monitor and implement all Intrepid safety, conduct, and responsible travel standards across the region. Collaborating closely with Reservations, Product, Contracting, Sales, Customer Care, and Global Operations, you will help drive group profitability and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. In addition, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Operations department.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Mexico, operating on a hybrid basis.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or tourism.

1+ years working on management coaching / training experience.

2+ years in administrative tasks using Microsoft 365.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both English and Spanish.

Reliable with outstanding organizational skills.
