Accounts Assistant- Mexico
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations across the Central America region.
The Accounts Assistant will support transaction processing across accounts payable and accounts receivable, including prepayments, reconciliations, vendor communications, and ledger account reconciliations. The role will also be responsible for building closing accounting reports for the Central America region. The successful candidate will be expected to take on additional tasks during busy periods and provide coverage for team members when required.
This role is a full-time permanent position operating on a hybrid basis out of our office in Mexico.

• Proven processing ability and comfort handling transactional work.
• Experience with transaction analysis.
• Experience in accounting reconciliation.
