Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our Canadian marketing efforts, combining creativity with performance-focused campaigns to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will champion the Canadian customer by developing strong insights into local seasonality, market trends, and consumer behaviour, using these insights to shape targeted marketing strategies. You will work collaboratively across teams to identify and leverage the most effective channels, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and support broader regional growth objectives.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule based out of our Toronto, Ontario office. The role offers an annual salary of $80,000–$85,000 CAD, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and perks.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, preferably within travel, e-commerce, or a consumer-focused industry.

Proven expertise in developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of local market trends, seasonality, and consumer behavior.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute tactical and product-based marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, including customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret and act on insights to refine strategies.

Experience in identifying and leveraging local marketing channels to effectively target and engage specific customer segments.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and experience managing both internal teams and external agency relationships.
