Are you ready to help shape travel experiences that connect people, place, and purpose? We’re looking for a Product Executive to join our West Europe Product team and play a key role in designing trips that excite our customers, deliver strong commercial outcomes, and reflect Intrepid’s values of responsible, experience-rich travel. 


You’ll work closely with our Destination Product Manager, local teams and global stakeholders to build and improve trip itineraries - making sure they’re operationally sound, competitively priced, and aligned with what today’s travellers want. From negotiating with suppliers to keeping a close eye on performance, this role is all about making great trips even better. 


This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Rome, Italy office, with hybrid working 2-3 days per week in office. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience designing and managing travel products, ideally small group adventures 
  • Proven commercial skills including pricing, budgeting and supplier negotiations 
  • Familiarity working with DMCs, contractors, or tour operators 
  • Knowledge of group travel operations and travel industry trends 
  • Fluency in English and Italian (additional European languages a plus) 
  • Experience using travel-related systems like Salesforce, Travel Studio, or similar
