The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As a Contracting & Reservations Manager, you'll spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge procurement and pricing practices to achieve unparalleled pricing and product excellence.

Guided by the DMC (Destination Management Company) Global team, you'll lead a dynamic Contracting team, focused on competitive pricing and cultivating great supplier relationships. You'll build a versatile product portfolio, empowering the Sales team and Intrepid Brands to curate tailored itineraries based on customer preferences.

By managing the Reservations team, you'll ensure all services are booked accurately and reservation processes are improved. You'll also gather feedback from DMC teams (Sales, Operations, Product), constantly ensuring an optimal supply of products!

This role is a full time, permanent position based in our office in Bali, Indonesia.

Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Proficient in regional trip operations, with extensive knowledge of products, suppliers, and destinations.  
  • Proven track record in managing tourism-supplier relationships, including cost negotiation, contracting, procurement, trip pricing, and product development within the travel industry 
  • Prior experience in managing and leading a team 
  • Excellent English communication skills. 
    You’ll also be proactive and focused on improving rates and contracting conditions for us!
