As a Reservations Supervisor, you'll lead our Reservations team and help bring our India trips to life!  
You’ll play a key role in managing accurate and timely bookings for accommodation, transportation (train & flight) and activities across our scheduled trips. You’ll make sure bookings are confirmed with suppliers, recorded correctly across our systems, and readily available. You'll also build strong relationships with suppliers and help ensure Tour Leaders have everything they need before departure.

This role is more than just reservations: you’ll collaborate with our Sales, Operations and Product teams, solving booking and costing queries, and finding practical solutions along the way. Making use of your leadership skills, you’ll develop and mentor a talented team, fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work.  

Ultimately, your work will directly contribute to the success of our trips. Every booking you make helps bring Intrepid's purpose-led adventures to life across the region!

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Gurugram, Haryana.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • 5+ years' experience in the Travel industry. 
  • Experience leading a team to success through coaching and training. 
  • Strong local destination knowledge. 
  • Proven experience working with reservations systems and ticketing. 
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools. 
  • Excellent English communication skills.
