The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re looking for a dedicated Reservation Executive to join our team and help bring our India adventures to life!

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our reservation operations across all Intrepid brands. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you’ll manage bookings for scheduled departures and tailormade itineraries. You'll support the team by processing booking changes, and making sure all details are recorded and communicated clearly.

You’ll confirm bookings in a timely manner, enabling our Tour Leaders access to reliable pre-trip information. Maintaining accurate data, including correct trip pricing, will be a key part of your day-to-day work. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Operations team, to share updates on hotel or transport changes, helping ensure our trips run safely and seamlessly across the region.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in New Delhi, India.  

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Travel & Tourism or related tertiary business degree 
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the travel industry 
  • Experience travelling across India with good knowledge of on-the-ground trip logistics. 
  • Great communication skills and an excellent eye for detail 
  • Competent with systems, analysis and creating reports
