The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As a Reservation Executive, you’ll provide administrative assistance and support to the Reservations Manager. You’ll handle all reservation activities related to our Intrepid brands, tailormade and customized itineraries, as directed by the Manager. You’ll ensure that all bookings are confirmed and responded to, enabling our Group Leaders to access accurate pre-trip information. You’ll also maintain precise reservation data on our systems, including correct trip pricing. Your collaborative nature will encourage timely communication with the Operations team for any hotel or transport changes.  


This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in New Delhi, India. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home occasionally.     

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Travel & Tourism or related tertiary business degree 

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the travel industry 

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Experience in analysis and creating reports 

  • Able to adapt to and work across multiple cultures  

  • Strong desire to work within a team and take a collaborative approach to completing tasks 

  • Good communication skills and an excellent eye for detail 

  • Passionate about Intrepid's travel style and diverse brands, demonstrating good regional destination knowledge
