As Intrepid continues to invest in our people, with that comes the need to invest in our technology - That is where you come in.  We now have a position available for a People Systems Administrator to join our team. 

 

As a People Systems Administrator, you’ll be a member of a global people team that's passionate about supporting its workers. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our SAP HR system is configured correctly and operating efficiently, while also providing world-class support to our global workforce.  

 

This role will also see you assisting the team with exciting projects in development from time to time. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position working in New Delhi, with flexibility to work some days from home. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • System administration/configuration background with SuccessFactors is essential. 

  • Essential: Employee Central, Permissions, MDF Framework knowledge 

  • Preferred: Position management, Integrations, Recruitment, Onboarding, LMS, PMGM  

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and provide optimal service to meet needs. 

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle 

  • Exposure to project delivery of HR systems and user acceptance testing, including release management
