At Intrepid, we invite you to share in the uncommon – the people, the culture and the community. And right now, our India Country Office is looking for a Deputy Operations Manager to deliver uncommon travel experiences!

In this role, you’ll support the Operations Manager in pulling off consistently perfect Intrepid trips. Some of the exciting things you’ll handle are day-to-day trip operations, resolving on-ground issues and ensuring every detail is delivered to Intrepid standards. You'll also help manage our talented team of Tour Leaders!

Whether it’s delivering training, chipping in on new product planning or navigating the future of our India Country Office, you’ll be one of our key players. To make it a truly 360° role, you’ll be nurturing partnerships with our suppliers and collaborating with our Sales, Product teams, ultimately delivering amazing experiences for our travellers!  

This is a full-time on-site permanent position, where you will be based in our office in Delhi, India.

Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with travelling across India.  
  • Previous experience with managing on-the-ground logistics of trips in the region. 
  • Proven experience with people management and training. 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • High level of computer systems literacy. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
