At Intrepid, our hotels aren’t just a place to stay; they are an experience, with each detail highlighted for the comfort of our customers. And right now, we need a Hotel Manager in Vietnam to drive this experience!  

As our Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the hotel operations. You’ll handle diverse tasks including meeting with guests, handling imports/ exports and inspecting facilities and equipment. You’ll collaborate with all departments, from front-of-house service to behind-the-scenes logistics, to ensure quality of service. You’ll develop and implement business plans that align with Intrepid's goals of sustainable, experience-rich travel (SERT) while keeping an eye on revenue and market positioning. 

Managing and developing your team will be a core part of the role – you'll coach, guide and lead through example, to maintain an enthusiastic and efficient team!

This full-time, permanent position is based on-site in Hoi An, Vietnam, requiring some flexibility in work hours due to the operational nature of the role.  

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry 
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and Vietnamese culture & society 
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications 
  • Excellent communication skills, with good English proficiency 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
