As our Deputy Operations Manager for Greece, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our group and sailing trips take off smoothly. From supporting our Group Leaders to managing supplier relationships, you’ll support and oversee our operations and on-the-ground experiences. You’ll resolve on-trip issues, provide performance feedback, and strategise new trip itineraries. Your contribution will help ensure our travellers experience the very best of Greece.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent role based in Athens, Greece. Regional travel and visits to our European offices may be required, with the potential to establish a local office in the future.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Extensive travel experience in Greece or the broader region, with a strong passion for travel.

Previous experience in the travel industry, ideally as a Tour Leader or in a similar operational role.

Strong communication skills in both English and another European language. A local Greek language is highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage and organise multiple tasks, with excellent attention to detail and time management.

Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and day-to-day tasks.
