The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Are you passionate about travel and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a Deputy Operations Manager to join our team in Central Europe. This is a permanent role, ideally based remotely in Prague, Czech Republic, with occasional travel to our East Europe office in Zagreb and other destinations across the region. 
 

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every Intrepid trip runs smoothly, profitably, and to our high standards. Every day will be different. You’ll support our Operations Manager, empower our Leaders, and keep operations on track - juggling multiple tasks, making decisions on the fly, and making sure our customers leave with memories they’ll never forget. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Extensive travel experience in the region and a real passion for travel 

  • Travel industry experience, ideally as a Tour Leader/Guide 

  • Management, coaching, and training experience 

  • Excellent communication in English and another European or local language 

  • Strong organisational & IT skills with practical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
