The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Join us as a Reservations & Contracting Coordinator and play a key role in bringing our adventures across China to life! 

In this role, you’ll support the Contracting & Reservations Manager by booking all accommodation, transportation and activities for our trips across China. You’ll keep our booking sheets accurate and up to date, sharing them with suppliers and ensuring every detail is entered correctly into our system, so Tour Leaders and suppliers have what they need. You’ll also manage our reservations email inbox, handling queries about additional services and cancellations with care and efficiency.

On the Contracting side, you'll help secure the best deals, and maintain great relationships with our local suppliers in the region. From creating and uploading contracts to assisting with supplier payments, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Above all, you will work towards delivering the best value and experience for our customers travelling across China!

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Beijing, China.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Reservations or Operations role within the travel & tourism industry. 
  • Familiar with Reservations and Ticketing. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 
  • Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail 
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Outlook for email communications.
