Salesforce & Business System Admin - Wildland
Join Intrepid Travel and help power the systems behind unforgettable adventures. As our Salesforce & Business Systems Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Wildland Trekking, one of North America's leading hiking and backpacking companies. You will own and optimize Salesforce and a suite of business systems that enable our Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is far more than a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. You'll be at the center of improving how technology supports the entire customer journey, from building dashboards and reporting that drive strategic decisions, to enhancing automations, managing integrations, and streamlining customer communications. You'll balance day-to-day system administration with meaningful projects that improve efficiency, data quality, and the overall user experience.
Working closely with teams across Wildland Trekking and the wider Intrepid Travel group, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we use technology to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence. We're looking for a curious and collaborative problem-solver who combines strong Salesforce administration expertise with a passion for continuous improvement. You'll enjoy working with both people and systems, translating business needs into practical solutions and providing outstanding support to users.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Toronto Office, with the flexibility to work 2 days a week from home and is paying up to $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
-
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business systems administration, including hands-on experience with Salesforce
-
Practical experience administering Salesforce, including user setup, access management, profiles, permissions, configuration, reporting and platform maintenance
-
Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and the importance of reliable reporting
-
Ability to build effective relationships across departments and collaborate cross functionally
-
Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with fantastic attention to detail and proven ability to work autonomously
