Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join the Canadian Marketing Team in Toronto! As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the effective delivery of marketing activities across Canada by managing marketing operations, reporting production, financial administration, partner operations, and overall project hygiene.
This role enables the Marketing team to focus on strategy, execution, and results by ensuring clarity, structure, accuracy, and rhythm across all marketing workflows. You will produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports using established templates, support partner and industry reporting through accurate data compilation and summaries, and manage marketing–finance administration, including POs, invoice tracking, campaign spend reconciliation, and budget status updates.
You will also support partner and agent operations through newsletters, partner update decks, and industry event tracking; maintain marketing project hygiene with timelines, status updates, dependency tracking, and escalation of blockers; and manage the Marketing Operations calendar and Asana task hygiene on a weekly basis. In addition, you will support industry and consumer events through logistics, tracking, and coordination, and contribute to onboarding and documentation of marketing processes and templates.
This is a full-time, permanent position that operates on a hybrid basis out of our office in Toronto, Ontario, with a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 CAD, plus a comprehensive benefits package and some awesome perks.

Education (college or university) and/or relevant experience in marketing coordination, operations, or administration

Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

A general understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, templates, reporting tools, and repeatable processes.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
