The Key Partnerships Manager (KPM) plays a pivotal role in accelerating B2B sales growth and enhancing brand presence by actively engaging with partners across their territory. This role thrives on the road, building relationships through in-person visits, uncovering new business opportunities, and representing Intrepid Travel with enthusiasm and professionalism. As a dynamic, relationship-driven operator, the KPM leverages strong commercial and business development skills to expand market share, elevate partner engagement, and support cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact. Success is measured through clear KPIs, including sales growth, partner retention, engagement activity, and overall contribution to regional targets.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Toronto, Ontario, with the ability to travel throughout the assigned region. The salary for this role is $60,000–$68,000 CAD, based on experience, plus a great benefits package and many excellent perks.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets

Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth and market share

2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry

Excellent public speaking, presentation creation and delivery, and communication skills, with confidence representing the brand externally

Strong personal drive, commercial acumen, and motivation to deliver against defined sales and engagement metrics

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
