Head of Paid Digital Media
As the Head of Digital Paid Media, Global, you'll drive measurable results and help our brand achieve profitable growth. You will lead the day-to-day performance of all paid digital media, including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic (Display, Video, Digital OOH) and BVOD. With a focus on maximizing brand awareness, online inquiry, quality traffic, and profitable revenue growth, you will be conversion-obsessed and detail oriented.
You demonstrate an ability to execute profitable online campaigns from conception to implementation, with detailed reporting and analytics. Your curiosity and drive will push innovation in our paid media approach. You will have experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team, as well as agency partners.
You will work closely with the GM, Digital Marketing, lead the day-to-day paid digital media team and collaborate with cross functional teams including the Regional Marketing teams, SEO team, Global Brand team, Data and Analytics as well as our external media agencies.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position paying up to $120,000 CAD, that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Toronto.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- 7+ years of experience leading performance marketing strategy, including managing large Enterprise level budgets
- Experience within a high-growth organization, ideally coming from a company selling in a DTC environment and managing global paid programs
- Deep understanding of key digital marketing channels (Eg. Search, Social, Programmatic, DOOH) and traditional ATL media
- Owned and been accountable to full funnel strategies as well as experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns.
- Knowledge of testing, measurement, and automation practices to optimize ROI and evolve the strategy
