We are Intrepid

Are you a systems thinker who knows your way around video production and post-production workflows? If so, this could be your chance to make a real impact at Intrepid Travel. As our Video Operations Implementation Lead, you’ll drive improving and standardising how we manage our growing library of video assets, delivering a defined operational improvement roadmap across asset management, post-production workflows and governance.

From auditing and reshaping our video library to defining metadata, taxonomy and tagging standards, you’ll build scalable systems that make assets easier to find, manage and use. You’ll also review and improve post-production workflows, standardise handovers, reduce manual touchpoints and rework, and translate business requirements into practical workflow and system improvements. A big part of the role will be partnering with creative and post-production stakeholders, documenting SOPs and creating guides that enable teams to work smarter and more independently.

We’re looking for someone with experience across video production, post-production or creative operations, strong knowledge of digital asset management and a proven ability to implement and improve operational workflows. You’ll be highly organised, curious and proactive, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine continuous improvement mindset.

This is a full-time, 12 month maternity contract located in our Collins Street office in Melbourne. This role operates on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in the office, and is paying up to $98,000 annually.

Some of the experience you bring might include:

  • 5+ years working within video production, post-production or creative operations

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to identify, understand and translate business requirements into process, workflow or system improvements.

  • Experience managing Digital Asset Management platforms (ideally Iconik or similar)

  • Experience with DAM governance, change management, AI-assisted tagging would be a bonus!
