Senior Digital Product Owner
The Senior Digital Product Owner will lead innovation in two critical areas of our digital experience: Checkout & Booking Management for direct customers and the Travel Agent Portal. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the end-to-end booking experience, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and high-converting platform for both customers and travel agent partners.
At Intrepid Travel, we empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers love yet work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, generally composed of a product owner, UI/UX designers, and several engineers.
You’ll shape the vision for how customers book and manage their trips through our website and Travel Agent Portal. You’ll work in an environment that values ownership, collaboration, and a strong customer focus, ensuring that both platforms align with customer needs and business goals.
In this role, you will work closely with your cross-functional teams to optimize and roll out new features, prioritize key initiatives, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You’ll use data to inform decision-making, champion your product area, and promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital experience and drive impactful change across the organization
