Remuneration and Benefits Specialist
At Intrepid, we believe in shaping the future of the world through travel, and we are looking for our next Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to be responsible for shaping the future of how we reward our global workforce.
Working as part of our Global People Team, this role will play a key role in managing and enhancing Intrepid’s total rewards programs. Spanning responsibilities from coordinating annual cycles such as the salary reviews and bonus pay-out, conducting job evaluations, managing salary surveys, preparing compliance reports, to supporting global benefits initiatives, you’ll help ensure our offerings are fair, competitive, compliant, and aligned with our purpose-driven values. You’ll collaborate across regions and departments, translating data into insights, and contributing to projects that strengthen equity, transparency, and engagement across our global team.

This is a permanent, full time position based out of either our office in Melbourne or Colombo, on a hybrid basis.
Ideally, you’ll bring with you experience in some of the following:

3+ years' experience in Total Rewards, ideally in a regional or global capacity

Skilled in job evaluation, preferably the Hay methodology

Well versed in salary survey submissions

Experienced in salary structure development

Strong project management and analytical skills, with high attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with SuccessFactors desirable
