The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As an Operations Coordinator you'll be instrumental in ensuring that all trips within their region depart as scheduled and are appropriately resourced. This will be achieved by coordinating the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment and the depot / guide house. 

 

By creating an organised and detail-orientated environment, you’ll ensure that all trips are ready to depart as scheduled and contribute to the smooth running of departures to provide the best experience to our guests on our trips. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position based in Alice Springs with accommodation provided. 

 

Some of the experience and requirements you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • UKTNP Accreditation  

  • A full and unincumbered Medium-Rigid Drivers License  

  • Current First Aid Certificate 

  • Three years' experience as a Trip Leader (desirable) 

  • Solid understanding on the processes and practices of trip preparation particularly camping and hiking trips  

  • A willingness to help with whatever is needed. This might include taking over as a Trip Leader on very short notice  

  • Basic motor vehicles maintenance skills (desirable)
