Head of Organisational Effectiveness
At Intrepid Travel, we’re looking for a Head of Organisational Effectiveness to change the way we think, work and grow, and consequently shape the future of purpose-led travel. Working alongside our Chief People & Purpose Officer, CFO, CEO and senior leaders, you'll lead enterprise-wide transformation that simplifies how we operate, boosts productivity and helps us continue delivering unforgettable travel experiences while creating a positive impact for people and the planet.
This is a rare opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a global business. You'll redesign operating models, streamline end-to-end processes, champion AI and automation opportunities, and collaborate with teams across the globe to embed smarter, more scalable ways of working. As a hands-on transformation leader, you'll move seamlessly from strategy to execution, influencing senior stakeholders, driving meaningful change and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable outcomes that benefit both our people and our travellers.
We're looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, has a proven track record leading enterprise transformation, and knows how to bring people on the journey through influence rather than hierarchy. If you're commercially minded, passionate about continuous improvement and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of responsible travel, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, 2 year fixed-term position based out of Collins Street Head Office in Melbourne with the option of working up to 2 days a week from home.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes:
-
8+ years' experience leading and landing successful transformational initiatives within or for a large global business
-
Innovative and collaborative, with a sound understanding of change management methodologies and communication practices
-
Deep expertise in process design and optimisation, shared services / GBS models, and automation, AI and data-driven transformation.
-
Pragmatic, commercial, outcomes-focused with strong influence capability.
-
Proven ability to identify, influence and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels to move towards a common vision or goal.
-
High level analytical and problem-solving skills.
