As our next Group Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the financial foundations of our global business are as strong as the adventures we deliver. From leading our global month-end close to driving best practice across finance teams across the world, you'll help provide insights and financial integrity that support better decisions for our people, our travellers and the planet. 

 

You'll partner with leaders across our global business, champion smarter ways of working, and use emerging technologies like AI and automation to modernise financial processes at scale. You'll also support the integration of new businesses as we continue to grow, mentor finance professionals across the globe, and build strong relationships that enable a collaborative, high-performing finance function. We're looking for a qualified CPA or CA with extensive experience leading finance functions in complex, international organisations. You'll bring strong technical accounting knowledge, commercial acumen and a passion for continuous improvement, alongside the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and time zones. 

 

This is a full-time permanent role based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne and offers flexibility for hybrid working. 

 

Some of the skills and experience you will bring:  

  • Bachelor of Commerce or a related business degree with a CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualification  

  • 8 years’ + experience in a similar Finance based role – Commercial & Operations experienced preferred  

  • Management experience with focus on developing and working with overseas based staff and teams 

  • Demonstrated ability to implement new processes using emerging technologies like AI and Automation 

  • In-depth understanding of systems (knowledge of TM1, D365 preferred)
