As a Global Sales Learning Partner you will build our people's capability through innovative learning and training programs. Using your understanding of varied methodologies, you’ll map out innovative learning experiences, navigating the diverse needs of our hybrid and geographically dispersed teams and develop then deploy learning initiatives and performance solutions globally.   

 

This role will have you collaborating with our L&D and Sales leadership teams, ensuring all messaging aligns so we can stay ahead of the curve when it comes to our people's sales development.  You'll need to ensure you gain a deep understanding of how Intrepid works, our people and our customers – and then consider the entire sales consultant lifecycle of learning – From onboarding to day 1 and all the way through into becoming our next sales leaders and beyond. 

 

This is a 12-month contract, full-time position operating in a hybrid capacity based out one of our sale offices in Melbourne, London or Toronto.   

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience in building strong relationships and collaborating globally in cross-functional teams 

  • Experience in a learning and development role, ideally within a Sales or Customer Service environment.  

  • Strategic L&D mindset, with the ability to build learning frameworks on a global scale 

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and various L&D models 

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent, or a relevant qualification
