Global Content Manager, Digital
As Global Content Manager for our website, you’ll be responsible for bringing a world-class content experience to customers who engage with our core digital product, intrepidtravel.com.
Leveraging a deep understanding of how content influences customers at each point of the consumer journey, you’ll shape and implement content strategies and ways of working that align with Intrepid’s organisational goals.
You’ll work with key stakeholders and take a holistic approach to website content design using a commercial mindset, but always with customers at the centre.
As Global Content Manager you will oversee key components of Intrepid’s digital identity, implementing digital content best practice within content management and content delivery. You will ensure that both written and visual content connects, inspires, educates and champions Intrepid’s mission: to create positive change through the joy of travel.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications or similar / or relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic, and people management skills
• Experience in high-volume website content management
• Experience with CMS governance (headless CMS experience highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of content design disciplines
