As a General Manager of Digital Product for Intrepid, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital product, driving innovation with a key focus on ensuring www.intrepidtravel.com delivers a world-class, customer-focused experience. In this exciting brand-new role, you’ll define and execute a visionary digital product strategy, oversee the lifecycle of our digital offerings, and lead initiatives to continually enhance and optimize our products. 


Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll collaborate across the organization while leading and developing your talented cross-functional team. Together, you’ll elevate Intrepid’s digital presence, develop a mobile app, and continue to expand our digital product portfolio with exciting new initiatives to connect more travelers with life-changing adventures. 


This is a full-time permanent position that can be based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working, or in our future office base in Seattle, Washington.   
 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 10+ years in digital product management, focusing on high-traffic websites and mobile apps. 

  • Expertise in agile product development and value stream management. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions. 

  • Proven ability to optimize platforms for engagement, conversion, and satisfaction. 

  • Experience in travel, tourism, or adventure sectors would be advantageous
