Are you someone who has experience of leading service teams across properties? Can you champion outstanding guest experiences, maintain high standards in food and beverage delivery, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations? Catering to 50+ guests at a time, we are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who will focus on creating unforgettable stays through exceptional service, locally inspired dining, and the signature Intrepid Experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and hotel leadership to help shape strategy, drive performance, and lead a passionate Food and Beverage team to success.

This full-time, permanent position is based on-site in scenic Coles Bay, Tasmania paying up to $72,000 annually.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

2+ years' experience in a F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager role in a hotel environment

RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both staff and guests

Deep understanding of food and beverage service operations, and guest service standards

In depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cost control in an F&B software system
