We are excited to be recruiting for a creative and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our Melbourne based Marketing team and play a part in bringing this ethos to life.  

 

This role will suit an energetic person who works well in a fast paced environment, someone who loves all things travel and is looking to develop in the world of marketing! You will be responsible for planning, organising and implementing all marketing activity which supports the growth of Intrepid’s sales, grows brand awareness and supports conversion of our trips. This role will coordinate campaigns, assist with content execution and collaborate with varied teams across the business, as well as stakeholders and partners. If you are an ambitious all-rounder who likes project and campaign coordination, has a passion for brand, engagement initiatives and content, and are happy with a healthy dose of admin, this could be the opportunity for you!  

 

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a hybrid work model, based out of our Melbourne HQ on Collins Street. The role is paying up to $78,000 per year, plus super, bonus and some fantastic travel benefits! 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing (either in house or agency) 

  • Hands on experience supporting marketing campaigns, partnerships and events 

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners 

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and solid administrative discipline 

  • A proactive and positive can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
