Digital Product Manager

The Product Manager (Attract & Discover) leads the strategy and delivery of website experiences that help customers understand Company's brand, purpose and trip offering, and guide them through early exploration. You will also take responsibility for how this work enables and connects into the broader end-to-end experience—ensuring customers move seamlessly from brand understanding through to trip consideration and deeper exploration.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will drive alignment, clarity and momentum toward shared goals. You’ll be part of a team of Product Managers, coordinating across the full digital customer journey. You will shape direction for key parts of the journey you lead, set and own outcomes, and work with a cross functional team to deliver.
This is a 1 year maternity cover based contract out of our HQ on Collins Street with the flexibility to work some days from home.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you will include:

2+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager role or similar

Strategic and outcome-oriented mindset - ability to shape product direction, set and own KPIs, and deliver measurable improvements aligned to business goals.

Customer-centric & user-experience focused - proven ability to understand and drive the best outcomes for customers

Analytical capability & data-driven decision making - Comfortable working with behavioural data and analytics

Cross-functional influence & communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present product rationale (across teams and levels), influence stakeholders, build alignment and drive momentum in cross-functional environments

Delivery & prioritisation discipline - Able to translate strategy and insights into clear product requirements, prioritise backlog wisely, manage trade-offs and see products through with quality.

Adaptability and agility mindset - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Capable of handling ambiguity, shifting priorities, and balancing short- and long-term goal.
