Digital Marketing Technology Manager, Global

As our Digital Marketing Technology Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between data, technology and digital marketing, helping shape how millions of travellers discover Intrepid. From first-party data to privacy-first targeting, you’ll play a key role in future-proofing our global digital marketing ecosystem while ensuring every dollar spent works harder and smarter.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our team of passionate digital marketers, our product and data teams, and our agency partners to unlock the full potential of our martech strategy. In collaboration with the CRM team, you’ll design seamless data flows across paid media, email, SEO and analytics, bringing effective, personalised customer journeys to life and driving stronger ROI across our channels. You will have proven experience in implementing and optimising marketing technologies on a business wide level, the ability to translate complex technology into clear value add and you’ll be empowering teams to make confident, data-led decisions at scale.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, paying up to $140,000 annually, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

7+ years in marketing technology and digital paid media, and/or digital marketing roles

Strong technical expertise in GA4 and/or Amplitude, Amperity, tag management, CDPs, ad platforms and integrations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEMRush, Profound, Adthena, Delacon (or equivalent tools)

Proven experience with privacy compliance and first-party data strategies

Advanced knowledge of major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data accuracy focus

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
