We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

We’re up to big things at Intrepid and we all have an important part to play. This marketing specialist role supports the Intrepid Australia direct marketing team in the implementation and execution of its marketing strategy to grow our brand and business.

This role will have a strong focus on executing through-the-line tactical, brand and partnership campaigns to reach new Intrepid audiences, with a keen focus on owned and paid digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our global teams and agencies across paid digital media, SEO, email, website, and organic social to ensure that ANZ strategies, campaigns and budgets are effectively planned, executed, and optimised.

From conception to execution, the role will initiate conversations, manage relationships, create

marketing briefs, review proposals, deliver content within timelines and track post-campaign performance. You are an outstanding communicator, thrive at building relationships and collaborating with others, and can both think “big picture” and get into the details of activity.

This role is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Head Office in Melbourne (Collins Street) with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.

Some of the experience you have might include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or similar
  • 3 + years experience in marketing (in-house or agency), with demonstrated experience working on marketing campaigns, brand collaborations and/or content partnerships
  • Demonstrated skills in digital marketing, including planning and delivering campaigns across performance channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising), SEO, CRM and/or organic social or experience co-ordinating digital media buying agencies
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
