We are Intrepid

At Intrepid, great technology delivery is about more than hitting milestones. It’s about bringing people together, creating clarity through complexity, and helping good ideas make a real impact.

As our Delivery Lead, you’ll guide projects, initiatives and product roadmaps from discovery through to delivery, working closely with product, engineering, design and business teams across the globe. You’ll bring people together around shared goals, help teams navigate challenges, and create the conditions for sustainable, high-quality delivery.

You’ll balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day delivery, keeping roadmaps moving, risks visible, and teams focused on what matters most. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building strong relationships, and helping teams do their best work, this is an opportunity to shape technology that supports Intrepid’s ambitious future while doing more for the world we explore.

Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include:

  • Experience leading the delivery of technology projects, initiatives or product roadmaps from discovery through to implementation.

  • Proven ability to lead and improve ways of working across cross-functional technology teams, including planning, prioritisation and continuous improvement.

  • Strong delivery governance experience, including managing risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and delivery commitments.

  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Design and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.

  • The ability to coach and empower teams to take ownership of delivery, quality and outcomes.

  • Strong problem-solving, discovery and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate delivery progress, risks and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
