As Intrepid's Cluster Reservations Manager (Hotels), you’ll be at the forefront of connecting travellers with immersive stays at our properties in the Daintree Rainforest, Freycinet, Kakadu, Flinders Ranges and future acquisitions. Be the jigsaw piece connecting our customers to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences, watching sunrises in the outback, surrounded by ancient rainforests, or exploring national parks and still coastlines.

Based out of our Melbourne head office, you will orchestrate a seamless reservations experience to ensure our guests get a fantastic first impression of our accommodation from the moment they enquire and a smooth booking process. Collaborating closely with our internal teams, our Revenue Manager and key external stakeholders, you’ll play a vital role in maximising occupancy, elevating customer service and supporting the rapid growth of our accommodation portfolio. This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

3+ years in a reservations manager role in the Accommodation space

Passion for community and hospitality

Strong proficiency with OTA platforms and booking systems, as well as PMS, CRS and channel management systems

Strong business acumen and financial management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally
