The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We are looking for a highly talented Chef De Partie to join our dynamic and friendly team, set beside the ocean with a spectacular backdrop of the mountains, you will bring your love and expertise of fine food to elevate the dining experience to new heights for the region.   

 

Covering breakfast and dinner services you’ll work on a rotating roster of a team of 5 to deliver an a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner, plus a degustation menu for dinner service. This is a full-time permanent position offering $68-73,808 plus super, depending on the level of experience you bring to the position.  We are also open to candidates on a working holiday visa who may be interested in a fixed-term opportunity with us.

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:  

  • Passionate about great food, great teamwork and a great attitude 

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar position 

  • Strong knowledge of food and cooking procedures  

In addition to this, you’ll have an eye for detail and take pride in your work, but most importantly you’ll align with our core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
